In this tutorial I will show you how you can show your national pride through your profile picture.
You will need Ed Harveys Tools to do this.
Step 1: Get an image of yourself.
Step 2: Fade the background.
Step 3: Use your Magic Wand tool to select all of the face.
Step 4: Now run a Halftone over your selection with the following settings.
Now that that's done you should have something like this.
Step 5: Cover the image with the Select tool as I have done below.
Step 6: Run a Color Filter and set it to your country's primary color.
Step 7: Now press Ctrl+i to invert the rectangles you've selected and run a Color Filter with your Country's secondary color.
You should get this.
You are now free to place any national insignia or emblems.
